CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 3 and 6 p.m. Check-out time is at 11 a.m. Additional arrangements may be made in advance for later times. A $50 late check-in/check-out fee may apply when applicable.
Guest will be issued one key per room. Please be sure to keep your key safely on you at all times. Loss of room keys may result in a charge of up to but not limited to $500 per key for reset of the Inns key access.
SMOKING AND CANDLES
Due to the size of our Inn and for the comfort of all of our guests, The Inn on Shore Road is a non-smoking property! Please refrain from smoking in our guest rooms and the surrounding property. A $500 charge may be charged to your credit card if this policy in not respected. For the safety of all of our guests candles are not permitted in the Inn.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS CHARGE
An additional person charge of $40 per person / per night will apply where permitted. Children are welcome at The Inn on Shore Road. Children under 14 years of age will be charge a reduced additional person charge of $20 per child / per night where permitted.
DOG FRIENDLY ROOM CHARGE
A per-stay charge of $30 per dog will be charged for our dog friendly rooms. One dog per room unless otherwise specified ($10 each additional dog where permitted). Dogs are NOT allowed in the main house or common areas of the property. Daily houskeeping is encouraged.
BEACH CHAIRS AND BEACH TOWELS
The Inn on Shore Road DOES NOT supply beach chairs or beach towels. We do however have a few onsite that are available day of with same day return and are first come first serve. Rentals are available down the street at Ogunquit Beach n’ Sport. Please do not use room towels or blankets for the beach. Guest doing so will be charged a $50 fee.
We are pleased to offer on-site parking for one car per room for our guests while they are staying with us.
A complimentary continental buffet is served Monday through Saturday from 8am-9:45am. On Sunday breakfast is served at our sister property Five-O Shore Road to guests staying a minimum of two night (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
Coffee and muffins will be offered on Sundays to those guests not eligible for breakfast at Five-O. The option to purchase a breakfast voucher for $18 plus tax per couple is also available for those staying Saturday night only.
At the time that you book your reservation a deposit of one night’s stay (excluding tax) will be charged to a major credit card. The balance plus Maine State lodging tax (currently 8%) is due upon arrival at check-in and may be made via credit card or cash. Sorry–no checks. For one night stays the entire balance will be charged at booking.
There is a $40 processing fee per room on all cancellations within any time frame. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if we are notified 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will not offer any refund on any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival. A cancellation made less than 7 days prior to check in will result in a charge for the entire stay if we are unable to re-rent the room. A failure to show up for your reservation will result in a charge for the entire stay.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site or make a reservation over the phone. We would like to ensure our guests that we will not sell or share any of this personally identifiable information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our software encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc. so that it cannot be seen over the Internet.
